RESERVATION INFORMATION

Details for booking directly with the CB Collection.

These terms apply to reservations booked directly with the CB Collection. Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, or another third-party platform are subject to the payment and cancellation policies displayed on that platform.

Reservations & Payments

A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file on the scheduled arrival date.

Flexible Payment Plans

We are happy to offer flexible payment arrangements of up to four installments. Payment plans must be established before a reservation is made. Please contact us before booking so we can create a schedule that works for you.

Cancellation Policy

14+ DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL:

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

7–13 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL:

The initial 50% payment is non-refundable; however, the remaining balance will not be charged.

FEWER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL:

All payments are non-refundable, and the full reservation balance remains due.

Rates, Fees & Taxes

Nightly rates vary based on seasonal demand, availability, holidays, and local events. In addition to the nightly rate, each reservation is subject to a cleaning fee and all applicable local and state taxes.
